Today I entered small-cap telco equipment manufacturer DSPG on an oversold buy signal. Not to sound like a broken record, but this system is simple (but certainly not simplistic).
- Strong industry group
- Price above rising orange Chaikin Trend Line and bouncing around the 21 day (dotted line) moving average.
- Money flow a persistent sea of green
- Very Bullish Power Gauge
- Relative Strength green (better 6 mo performance against the market than most stocks)
- Price Oversold with Oversold Buy signal
- And today it appears to be bouncing off the swing low. Support at 9.33. Stop loss at around 8.50. Track this and all my bullish trend trades here.
